The iconic and original pre-loved high fashion store in London required a full brand, interior and web refresh to align with the energetic new leadership team. The challenge was to simplify the physical and digital spaces which had become cluttered, and also to create a brand that would appeal to both a growing, young, engaged online audience and also more established store customers.
We reduced unnecessary visual noise and introduced a contemporary colour palette, particularly suited to e-commerce and marketing. A playful tone of voice was developed around the theme of circular fashion.
